Maintenance is not a question of the year of manufacture. What counts is that someone looks at the plant regularly and knows what to look for. That is exactly our work, regardless of who built the plant.
Overhaul work
An overhaul is work against the clock. You have a window, and everything has to happen inside it: stripping down, repair, reassembly, test run. So we settle beforehand exactly what will be done and which parts must be ready on the day.

Modification / optimisation
If your plant is running but not delivering the performance you want, we get to the bottom of the causes. We plan the adjustments that follow from that so they can be carried out during a scheduled shutdown.

Yes, and only then. For safety reasons we work exclusively on plant components that have been shut down, isolated and secured against being switched back on. We plan overhauls and modifications together with you for scheduled shutdown periods, for example at the weekend, during the works holidays or during a planned outage. Which areas of the plant are affected and how much time the work will take, we agree with you at an early stage. Planning in good time is essential for this.
Yes. We install and service plant large and small, new and old, regardless of who built it.
