Wear and spare parts for plant whose manufacturer has stopped production.
If the part is no longer available, we make it.
The manufacturer has discontinued the series, the drawing has vanished and the plant is still expected to run for another ten years. That is the normal case in conveying technology, and the reason we manufacture from a sample instead of selling from a catalogue.
Bucket elevators
On a bucket elevator, it is rare for everything to wear out at once. Usually it is the buckets, the conveyor chain and the drive and return sprockets. Those are exactly the items you can get individually, without replacing the whole elevator.

Screw conveyors
Flights wear at the outer edge first. We manufacture complete screw shafts or individual flights and sections from your sample, with the pitch and plate thickness your machine needs.

Belt conveyors
On a belt conveyor, the biggest lever is scrapers, idlers and guide rubbers. They cost little, keep the belt clean and stop material from being carried back and fouling everything.

Chain conveyors
Stretched chains and worn-out flights are the most common reason a drag chain conveyor runs rough. We supply the complete traction unit, including drive and return sprockets and wear rails.

Apron conveyors
On an apron conveyor the plates and the chain carry the load together and they wear together too. We supply the apron plates to your specification or our own survey, plus the matching conveyor chain and the wear protection on the wear rails.

Roller conveyors
Roller conveyors go unnoticed until one roller seizes. We supply rollers, bearings and drive elements individually, to the shaft dimensions your conveyor actually has.

Silo discharge systems
At the silo discharge, sweep arms and sweep wheel work inside the material and are loaded accordingly. We manufacture sweep arms and sweep wheel hubs to your specification or our own survey, with hardfaced tips if required, and supply the bearings, shafts and drive to go with them.

We only offer used machinery and plant after we have inspected it properly ourselves.

Then we work from the old part. Send it to us or we measure it at your site. The manufacturing drawing comes from that. With older plant this is the normal case, not an obstacle.
Yes. Whether it is one idler or a complete chain set, there is no minimum order.
It makes sense for anything that would bring the plant to a standstill if it failed: traction elements, drives and wear parts with long procurement times. Tell us which plant is critical. We will put a recommendation together.
