Anyone who provides work equipment must have it inspected. We do that for your entire inventory in one pass. With a label, a report and a clear list of defects.
Inspection of portable and stationary work equipment and plant components, continuous conveyors and machinery, including welding sets.
Inspection of slings, chain hoists, wire rope pullers, fixed and travelling beam clamps, return sheaves, steel ropes, electric rope winches and load-handling attachments.
Inspection of ladders, pallet trucks, racking and mezzanine floors, full body harnesses, lanyards and fall arrest devices.
Every inspection comes with the regulation it is carried out under. If your equipment is not on the list, just ask. The list is not exhaustive.

Yes. We inspect work equipment irrespective of the manufacturer, including portable and stationary work equipment, plant components, continuous conveyors, lifting accessories, hoists, load-handling attachments, ladders, racking, mezzanine floors, pallet trucks and personal fall protection equipment. Inspections take place at our works or, where the scope is larger, directly on your site. You receive inspection and documentation from one source. If required, we also repair your work equipment.
Either is possible. We have been inspecting since 2015: at our works or, for larger volumes, on your site. With larger inventories, coming to you is usually less effort.
Every item inspected gets a label showing the next due date, and you receive an inspection report for your records. Defects are recorded separately, so it is clear what must be repaired or withdrawn.

The intervals follow from your risk assessment. The values in our table are the customary guide figures. Under heavy use or harsh conditions a shorter interval may be necessary. We discuss that at the appointment.
