In most cases, yes. We manufacture spare parts to drawing or from a sample. Where no documents are available any more, we measure the existing component and manufacture a matching spare part. Especially where the manufacturer no longer supports a series, this often keeps your plant running economically, without a complete new purchase.
No. For safety reasons we work exclusively on plant components that have been shut down, isolated and secured against being switched back on. We plan overhauls and modifications together with you for scheduled shutdown periods, for example at the weekend, during the works holidays or during a planned outage. Which areas of the plant are affected and how much time the work will take, we agree with you at an early stage. Planning in good time is essential for this.
Nothing. You describe the plant and the problem, we tell you what we need and what it will cost. You get a written quotation before anything is manufactured or installed.
Yes. We inspect work equipment irrespective of the manufacturer, including portable and stationary work equipment, plant components, continuous conveyors, lifting accessories, hoists, load-handling attachments, ladders, racking, mezzanine floors, pallet trucks and personal fall protection equipment. Inspections take place at our works or, where the scope is larger, directly on your site. You receive inspection and documentation from one source. If required, we also repair your work equipment.
We come to you on site: throughout Germany, in the Benelux countries and beyond that in Europe. Whether installation, overhaul or repair: we support you directly at your plant.
